We’ve had quite a bit going on behind the scenes in the first couple of months of this year, so here’s a quick round-up of what’s happening

Booking Form

We’ve reworked the booking request form on the website to add a couple of extra options – we will also be looking at some other options for hall rental over the coming months

WiFi

Free super-fast Wifi is coming soon – watch the website and out Facebook page for more info, we will be posting updates as soon as it’s installed and running

Payments

We will hopefully soon be able to accept card payments in the hall, for event entry and at the bar. This is just a trial at the moment, so for the time being we do ask that you bring cash for the bar just in case we can’t make the tech work!

Quiz Night

It really is happening this time – 4th March at 7.30 for 8, £5 per head on the door, and the bar will be open.

Queen’s Jubilee

Look out for a more detailed post on this – we will be running events in the lead up to, and on the day of, 5th June, to celebrate the Jubilee. More information soon, but I can say we will be looking for some volunteers to help organise and run the events
